Start the day differently. This detox drink gives a nice spicy start to your day, boosts the digestion process and also tastes good. Did you know that ginger stimulates the immune system, blood circulation and enhances digestion, and that lemon expels toxins and contains many vitamins.
Here is the recipe for a detox drink:
- 250 ml water (both sparkling and still are suitable)
- 2 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. Wösel Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tsp. ginger juice (a piece of ginger the size of the tip of your thumb)
- 1–2 tsp. honey
Add the grated ginger and the resulting juice to the glass, squeeze juice from a lemon on top, add vinegar and honey and, lastly, pour water on top. Drink it at least in the morning before breakfast, but it’s best if you drink it three times a day before meals.
