Cold smoked salmon salad is a delicious colourful salad that is bursting with health and gives the body a proper charge!
Cold smoked salmon salad ingredients:
- 15 g arugula salad
- 30–40 g frilly salad
- 15 g red onion
- 50 g paprika
- 60 g zucchini
- 80 g cold smoked salmon
- 80 g vermicelli (cooked)
- oil for frying
- Wösel classic salad dressing for seasoning
Place a pillow of arugula and frilly salad on a plate. Chop the peppers, slice the red onion and pull long shavings from the zucchini using a vegetable peeler. Add these three components to a pan with oil and heat the contents quickly over high heat so that the zucchini is pleasantly soft, while the peppers and onions are crunchy. The zucchini peel may have a bitter taste, therefore, zucchini could be peeled in advance.
While working with the pan containing vegetables, heat water in a saucepan. When the water has come to a boil, turn off the heat, place the vermicelli in hot water and cover the pot with a lid. Let the vermicelli soak in water for 3–4 minutes or until the noodles are pleasantly soft, strain the water and leave the vermicelli to drain on a sieve.
Now that the vegetables and vermicelli are ready, transfer all the components to the salad pillow on the plate, add the cold smoked salmon previously chopped into bite-sized pieces, and lastly, drizzle Wösel classic salad dressing on the salad. Add sauce to taste.
This recipe is one of the many ways to prepare a delicious salmon salad with Wösel’s classic salad dressing. If you are making a similar salad at home, you can add avocado and tomato, and why not also add carrot shavings, leeks, peas, asparagus, etc., cut with a vegetable peeler, to the warm vegetables.
