Rhubarb-Raspberry Virgin Mojito Shrub

A sunny and refreshing handcrafted drink base for making both non-alcoholic and alcoholic cocktails. Rhubarb, combined with raspberry and mint, complement each other perfectly, resulting in a tangy yet sweetly raspberry-noted refreshing drink base that leaves no limits for cocktail creators. Making a drink with shrub is simple — besides the shrub, you just need (sparkling) water and optionally some ice. Mix together and a perfect mocktail is ready. Suitable for vegans.

Recipes for use:

Refreshing soft drink: 50 ml Shrub + ice + 250–300 ml sparkling water
Alcoholic cocktail: 40–60 ml Shrub + 40 ml gin or rum + ice + 250–300 ml sparkling water
Warming tea: 40 ml Shrub + 200–250 ml warm water

Sugar, rhubarb juice (36%), raspberry juice (16%), lime juice, apple cider vinegar, mint extract
