A Virgin Mojito with Apple Cider Vinegar is an excellent non-alcoholic aperitif.
To prepare the cocktail, you will need:
- 300 ml sparkling water
- one large handful of mint leaves
- juice from half a lime
- 2–3 tbsp agave syrup
- 2 tbsp Wösel apple cider vinegar
Gently squeeze mint leaves and lime slices in a glass or bowl – this allows the lime and pepper mint flavours to mix well. Place them in a glass, add agave syrup and Wösel Apple Cider Vinegar. Add ice cubes or crushed ice, and lastly, sparkling water.
