FIT mint strawberry cottage cheese dessert with apple cider vinegar is the perfect dessert for any table!
For strawberry-cottage cheese dessert you will need (quantities for two):
- 200 g strawberries
- 2 tbsp. Wösel Apple Cider Vinegar with Honey
- 1 tsp. honey (without heaping)
- 5 mint leaves
- 200 g Alma fat-free cottage cheese
- 2 tsp. vanilla sugar
- 2 tsp. stevia
- a little water
For serving: a couple of strawberries, almonds
Proceed as follows:
Cut strawberries into sectors. Mix together honey and Wösel Apple Cider Vinegar and add to the strawberries. Finely chop the mint leaves and add to the strawberries as well. Mix gently and set aside in the cold to marinate for about 20 minutes.
Put the cottage cheese in a bowl, add stevia and vanilla sugar and purée thoroughly with a hand blender until a silky cream is formed. Add a little water to liquefy – the result should be not too thick, but a pleasant silky cream.
Place the strawberries together with the resulting sauce in dessert bowls, spread the cottage cheese on top. Garnish with strawberry slices and chopped almonds.
