For Vinaigrette Salad Dressing you will need:
- 80 ml olive oil
- 5–6 tbsp. Wösel Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1–2 tbsp. honey
- salt and pepper
The amount is suitable for a larger gathering, and if not consumed immediately, it will also keep will in the fridge for a few days.
Measure the required amount of olive oil and pour into a bowl, chop the garlic, add Wösel Apple Cider Vinegar and honey. Add as much honey and vinegar as you feel – that is, if you prefer a sweeter sauce, add more honey. If the sauce is too sweet, add vinegar, so you balance the combination of flavours. Add salt and pepper and mix well!
Whenever you use the sauce, always mix first, as vinegar tends to sink to the bottom and the oil stays on the surface.
