To prepare the warming tea, you will need:
- 2 tbsp. Wösel Apple Cider Vinegar (Apple Cider Vinegar with Honey is also suitable)
- 1 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1/3 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 250–300 ml water
Hmm… lemon, honey, cinnamon… and then apple cider vinegar as well? These components go really well together and are used to make a delicious sweet-sour winter tea with a mild cinnamon taste. Making tea is a breeze.
First, boil the water, add all the remaining components to the bottom of the larger mug, pour hot water into a cup and mix. But, as always, what one person may like, another person may not. Therefore, when you prepare this tea for yourself at home, make it to your liking.
If cinnamon is to your liking, add more cinnamon, and if you don’t enjoy sour very much, put less lemon or vinegar in at first. The sour taste can be balanced by adding honey.
This warming tea is well suited for drinking in the winter season in terms of prophylaxis, since apple cider vinegar has strong antiseptic properties, lemon fights viruses, cinnamon has a warming effect, and honey provides energy as well as strengthens the body.
